THE BRAINSTREET GROUP was registered in Guyana in 1994 and provides a complete range of management information and business system consulting services for government and private sector agencies. It is an organisation of computer systems consultants dedicated to providing a wide of range of professional services for the planning, development, implementation and operationalizing of information systems and related peripherals.
Our expertise lies in our ability to manage collaborative change from identification through implementation, and to ensure the activities identified by our experts can be sustained by transferring the mechanisms and skills to continue the change process. innovatively achieve the required results, we select a core team of professionals who have considerable experience and offers a solid reputation for project management, excellent communication skills, proven leadership and enthusiasm for the project implementation and its possibilities.
The BRAINSTREET team is led by Mr. Lance Hinds who brings more than 25 years of experience in project management and software development and implementation for public and private sector organisations. His professional services have been commissioned by organisations such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the World Bank and the
U.S. Departments of Commerce and Treasury. Mr. Hinds holds a M.Sc., in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, U.S.A.
Mr. Hinds has functioned as the project leader in almost every project implementation the company has engaged in since its formation in 1994. He has extensive experience in data processing projects. Along with
coordinating the data processing listed previously, as a data services contractor while living the United States he developed numerous data entry systems and quality control, reporting and data validation procedures on
projects with the Departments of Commerce and Treasury, The Resolution Trust Corporation, Bureau of Indian Affairs and the U.S. Naval Observatory.
